YH2 began with a very personal story. While caring for my mother through her cancer treatment, I found myself constantly summarising her medical history, test results and treatment plans for each new doctor she saw.

I was fortunate to have the clinical knowledge to do this, but it made me realise how difficult and fragmented the system was for most families.

YH2 was born to change that. A secure platform where care decisions are informed, consistent and safer.

My mission is simple: put the right information in the hands of those who need it most.

After moving back to Sri Lanka to help manage my parents' healthcare, I was shocked by how disconnected everything was. Doctors didn't always have access to past reports. Hospitals weren't communicating. I spent hours chasing down results and repeating the same history, over and over.

I needed a web-based, always-available platform that could bring together doctors, labs, pharmacies, and most importantly, our family.

My sister in California now plays a key role in my parents' care. She can access records in real time, get second opinions from specialists, and stay informed without being physically present. YH2 made that possible and I want to bring that level of clarity and connection to every family.
