is a General Practitioner and Senior Partner in a Family Health practice in the UK with 15+ years of experience delivering healthcare. He was previously a Co-founder of a GP federation which brought together 70+ practices to scale healthcare delivery by harnessing digital innovations. He is a graduate of Warwick Medical School and is currently involved in Medical Education regionally and in research at his practice.

has 20+ years of experience in Corporate Strategy and Marketing. He is a Principal of K2G Advisory, an executive advisory and strategic consulting practice, and previously held executive roles at KPMG, General Electric, NEW-Asurion, and Capital Lease. He holds an MBA from Yale University and a BS from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

He has successfully guided multiple businesses from initiation through exit. Two of his initial startups, MillenniumIT and Interblocks, were later acquired by the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) and Hitachi-Omron respectively. Prior to Oensys, Faiq operated as the CEO of MillenniumIT’s Systems Integration business.

"YH2 began with a very personal story. While caring for my mother through her cancer treatment, I found myself constantly summarizing her medical history, test results, and treatment plans for each new doctor she saw. I was fortunate to have the clinical knowledge to do this—but it made me realize how difficult and fragmented the system was for most families.


YH2 was born to change that. A secure platform where patients can upload their own records and doctors can access everything in a clean, categorized view—Medical Records, Prescriptions, and Lab Results—so care decisions are informed, consistent, and safer.


My mission is simple: put the right information in the hands of those who need it most."

"After moving back to Sri Lanka to help manage my parents’ healthcare, I was shocked by how disconnected everything was. Doctors didn’t always have access to past reports. Hospitals weren’t communicating. I spent hours chasing down results and repeating the same history over and over.


YH2 was built out of that frustration. I needed a web-based, always-available platform that could bring together doctors, labs, pharmacies—and most importantly—our family.


My sister in California now plays a key role in my parents' care. She can access records in real time, get second opinions from specialists, and stay informed without being physically present. YH2 made that possible—and I want to bring that level of clarity and connection to every family."
